How Can we get started?
Thank You for considering Das Studio for your design project. To start, please send us an email or fill out our contact form. We will be in touch with you to schedule a free consultation. We love coffee dates, but that is not always possible. Thus, most of our meetings are on Skype or over FaceTime. During our consult, we will go over your project details and explain the design process.
Do you offer printing services?
Not exactly, we match our clients with professional printers for the best results. Sending something to print can be so final! To avoid mistakes, let us take you through the approval process and upload your artwork for you.
What is a Statement Of Work?
A statement of work is a document outlining all the project details agreed upon. It is a clear reference for both client and designer to look back to what the project tasks include. The statement of work eliminates misunderstandings.
How does payment work?
You’ve read our welcome letter and reviewed all the documents we provided. At this stage, please make your 50% downpayment on your project total. This will secure your booking and start the creative process. Our online invoicing is easy and secure and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cheques, and e-transfers. The rest of the invoice total is due immediately upon project completion.
What is expected of me as a client?
As one of our clients we will pamper you with our attention. During the design process, we ask the same from you. Clear and prompt communication is the key to success. Constructive and prompt critiques keep the project on schedule.
