Case study · Shopify website + webstore program
Precision Textiles Inc.
A Shopify website for a Pembroke custom apparel decorator, plus a team webstore program I created from scratch. It has grown to 42 branded stores for schools, teams, businesses, and municipalities.

42 branded webstores
Built and launched since 2024 for schools, teams, businesses, and municipalities.
$50K launch weekend
One store brought in $50,000 in sales over its first weekend.
Checkout to shipping
Every order flows into a Monday.com board, from payment to production, packing, and pickup.
The project
Goal, approach & results
01 Goal
Precision Textiles Inc. decorates apparel in-house, with screen printing, embroidery, digital transfers, and laser engraving. They needed a website that showed everything they do, and an easy way to sell to groups without collecting sizes and payments by hand.
02 Approach
I designed and run their Shopify website, organized around what they do and who they serve: military, first responders, schools, sports teams, businesses, and municipalities.
I created the webstore program from scratch. Each group gets its own branded store with their logo and colours. Members order and pay online, on their own schedule, with no upfront cost and no inventory for the group to manage.
Behind the scenes, I built the order workflow in Monday.com. Every order lands on a board and moves through production, packing, and pickup or shipping, so nothing gets missed.
I also handle the marketing, and I bring in new stores through direct outreach to schools, teams, and organizations across the Ottawa Valley.
03 Results
The program has grown to 42 stores for schools, sports teams, businesses, unions, and municipalities like the Town of Petawawa and the Township of Laurentian Valley.
One store brought in $50,000 in sales over its launch weekend.
Groups no longer chase paper order forms and cash. They share a link, and the orders come in.
The webstore program
How it works for a group.
Pick the products
Groups choose from a ready-made lineup like the Classic Package: tee, long sleeve, hoodie, quarter-zip, cap, and soft shell, in adult, ladies, and youth sizes.
Brand the store
Each store gets the group’s logo and colours. Stores can run year-round or as a short campaign, and the Classic Package can go live in 5 days or less.
Share the link
Members order and pay online, on their own time. Groups set their own prices and keep the markup.
Make, pack, deliver
Everything is decorated in-house, packed individually, and sent for pickup or shipped across Canada.
Behind the scenes
From checkout to pickup, organized.
Running 42 stores only works if every order is easy to track. I built the workflow in Monday.com, so the whole team can see where each order is.
